13. Return and Refund policy 

For order status inquiries, please contact us via email at info@msfconline.com 

For returns, please contact us via email at info@msfconline.com within fifteen business days from the date of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of delivery. A manufacturer's warranty is still applicable after the return period has ended and it is recommended to contact the manufacturer directly regarding any issues. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, order number and the reason for the return. We reserve the right to decline a return on any sanitary, sterile, or otherwise special-order items. 

Those returns authorized by Medical Supply Fulfillment Center may be subject to a possible restocking fee of up to 25% plus applicable shipping cost and may reject a return if the item is a non-stock item which means it was special ordered for your order. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you or will not be refunded since these packages without an RA number are difficult to trace. 
 
If you purchase with a credit card, the account will be credited back to the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and checked by our staff. If you pay with a check or money order, allow up to 30 days to receive your refund check from Medical Supply Fulfillment Center from the time we receive the returned product. 

 
On all product returns, it is your responsibility to arrange shipment of the product back to the same warehouse from where the item was shipped. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice through which online tracking of shipment is available 
 
If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you for the delivery costs and the cost of shipping the product back to us. For any other return, you manage the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping expenses in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us. 
 
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to adjust due to errors, changing market conditions, and product discontinuation. Medical Supply Fulfillment Center is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, or technical errors in the web site which may occur at any time. 
 
Pictures of the items shown on our web site don't mean that all the items shown in the picture are included in the price since items may be shown on the web site with all accessories which are available as optional and should be purchased additionally. All products to be returned must be returned within 7 days from the RA date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
